Roger Goodell: 2015 draft to be held in L.A. or Chicago

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell told reporters Thursday that the 2015 NFL Draft will be held in Los Angeles or Chicago. The event will emanate from a city other than New York for the first time in the Super Bowl era.
