Draft nice event for Chicago, but that's it

Getting the NFL Draft is a nice little event for Chicago, but that's all it is. Unlike a game, where playing a well-traveled fan base might bring some fans from out of town to spend money on hotels and restaurants, there will be little bump for the draft.
